A new Heat device is cycling for ><1 min on a time bases. Minutes between last ping and next ping goes like this:

and on. Notice that every 3rd ping is almost twice the minutes of the previous ping. Thought it was the refrigerator door heater or some else at the refrigerator. No luck when I turn off the breaker to try and detect. No water pump, no freezer, micowave off, Anyone know where to look? starts at 741W don to 566 and ends with 741. Very consistent with the watt range.
