I saw this coming, and it still pisses me off!
Eversource is going to charge me a $42 one time fee and $34 a month to read my meter if I opt out of your crap integrated sense meter.
So now Sense is costing me money, and it isn’t going to work any better. Apparently I will need to get an app from Eversource to use it along with a fee, even if I don’t use it.
If I choose to opt out they are charging me $42 dollars for an old meter and $34 a month to read it. WTF!
Congratulations Sense on selling out to the big guys. I hope whoever is responsible for this deal chokes on what ever payout they’re getting.
