When I select the solar tab on either my phone or iPad I get an error message. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Use the newly updated Settings > My Home > Sense Monitor > Network test and report back with the details.
The data is flowing in just fine. Other tabs show both solar data along with load data with updates greater than every second. There is something wrong with the solar tab in the mobile app and what it’s trying to connect to.
I just tried a couple company solar accounts and cannot reproduce. All working fine. I’d suggest writing into Support as it seems localized to you.
I did open a ticket, twice. Including a video on both devices. They were closed without resolving the issue. Not sure where to turn next
