Temporary faulty reading at >2x the correct values

This morning, I noticed that both usage and production doubled instantly to crazy values (e.g. the Tesla solar inverter output is rated at 7.6kW, so a production of >8kW should not be possible! The Tesla app showed the correct value at around 3.2kW). It is impossible for my system to produce 8kW, especially at 10am in winter!

I went to the panel and power cycled the Sense. After it came back, the readings were normal again.

It is difficult to imagine how this could technically happen. I wonder if anyone else has seen something similar?

Haven’t seen it, but I could see something like that happening if the new CT-free solar detection (targeted mostly at meters) kicked in by accident. That’s not supposed to happen if you have existing CTs and solar configuration turned on. But who knows ??
