Wildly different detection results each reset

#1

I’ve had to reset my sense a few times, the last time seemed to have the best luck with devices.

However, I recently reset it again when I had my heat pump installed, and now, even after a month, it’s not detecting even obvious loads that it used to (Electric dryer, stove, dishwasher) let alone detected the heat pump. I don’t want to keep resetting my data, and I probably shouldn’t have this last time. Any idea what’s going on here, or why I’m getting such wild differences between resets?

How long did your sense collect data before each reset?

senseinaz has a grood question (usage may have changed a bit from change of seasons?)… MachoDrone’s gut* thinks your new heat pump may be raising the noise level and Sense may need more time to separate signatures from the heat pump noise (a new large power signature) which Sense never had to do before.

*#MachoDrone’s gut doesn’t really think on it’s own

Random amounts of time, all over 2 months.
The reset before this one was same time of year.

Yes, I agree, but I’ve seen this even before I had my heat pump.
