No, and I don’t see Sense integrating non-energy-monitoring plugs anytime soon. The only available options are the Kasa HS110 & HS300 or the Wemo Insight.

The EU (240V) HS110 is rated to a higher wattage.

Where to buy the HS110 smart plug? Has it been discontinued?

One would guess country-to-country that the hardware doesn’t vary that much other than 110V vs 240V target variations.
