How was your issue detected?: We’ve had some lights flickering in the house, mostly seems to be associated with the furnace blower fan turns on (both for heat and cooling).
Did you notice any other signs of this issue around your home? : The dips seem to be seasonal. They were nominal in the winter. No other signs in the home.
