Power Quality - My first detected dip, now up to 4 dips

How was your issue detected?: Sense Labs Power Quality detection. We’re in the middle of a heat wave and our utility, PG&E, has cycle brownouts to deal with heavy cooling loads. It was a solitary event, though the Power Quality graphs shows the voltage slowly sagging from 7am throughout the day until late evening.

Did you noticed any other signs of this issue around your home?: No sign of any issues from devices inside our house.

One major annoyance - the downloaded CSV gives the datetime in very ugly format that is unintelligible to Excel, “2020-08-15T00:11:14.000Z”. R/readr is able to parse the datetime with format = “%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%OSZ”.

Now up to 4 dips over the past week. I don’t think it’s anything directly on my end, though my AC is running more than usual. Mostly PG&E and CAISO trying to manage power production and usage during a hot spell.

I’m betting they wish they had this thing online already.
