[Project] Fault Detection: Power Quality

Web. Win10 with Chrome and Edge.

Can you try logging out and logging back in? If that doesn’t work - try clearing your cache. Let me know if you’re still not seeing anything.

I don’t see it either. Looking at my Windows 10 on Edge and I cleared my cache and relogged back on. Don’t see it on my iPhone app either.

For some houses, we didn’t have data to populate the lookback window. Do we have permission to view your data @jclaypool? I can let you know what our team finds.

I am also not seeing this on the Android app or the web. Did the usual logging out/cache clearing, even tried incognito. Feel free to look at anything of mine if you need another data point.

Apologies to everyone on the preemptive update - this will take several hours to roll out to users. @RyanAtSense say it’s his fault, but he’s covered for me a bunch so please direct complaints my way (GIF complaints are fine)

Not seeing it on the IOS app on my phone.

Hi @32259fl - corrected the “live” portion in the comments above.

I see it now.

@JustinAtSense @RyanAtSense As you can probably imagine (if you read my other thread complaining about just this) I am absolutely ecstatic about this lookback! Some data appears to be missing and it’s only current through about 4:30pm on the 28th. Both web and mobile but it’s a great start!!!

I also have some gaps, but it is mostly intact. (March 25 - 26, March 26 - 27 are not complete). Guessing it’s just because they may have still been working on the feature. Definitely appreciated, though; more data is great.

Mine does not seem to be working…I’ve refreshed the page, logged out/in, tried Firefox & Chrome on Windows and Safari on iPhone 12 and this is what I’m seeing…
Feel free to look at my data if you need.

@Edison517 . Hm, we’re seeing multiple days of data on our end. I know you said you’ve attempted this from multiple browsers, but did you also trying clearing your cache? Since you’re in the Beta group as well, also worth checking that you’re navigating to home.sense.com via your web browser.

Ah, the new daily views is working on Sense, but the beta site is where I was trying to go before.

We went from internal beta to general release for this project, so this wouldn’t work via the Beta URL. I can understand the confusion!

@obscuredtrip @whee

Thanks for sharing the data gaps. 14 days data have been uploaded for all houses, but there are gaps around March 25th. This should be resolved by this Monday.

I am having Voltage graph display problems on both my android phones:

  • Samsung S8
  • Samsung S10

See my examples:

  1. The right-side is being cut-off. The ‘NEXT arrow’ is missing when the phone is in the vertical position.
  2. The time stamp across the bottom is partially cut-off if the phone is in the horizontal position.
  3. My latest graph is only current to March 28th 6PM. The image was captured on 4/1/2021 at 2PM. Both phones and the PC web version show the same problem. The graph is not updating or current.

Hey @Dcdyer - is this a new issue?

This is likely a bug related to the resolution of the S8 and S10, we’re going to be looking further into it.
This issue could be impacting other Android phones with similar resolution as well.
