After I switched to a TOU plan, I realized that Utility companies use several APIs to notify rates, that allows from SmartHome automation, and devices like ChargePoint Home can also be used to change the plan from utility company. without having to manually create utility plans in an app. I wish SENSE would also allow you to simply select your Utility Provider and then the pricing model
