TP-Link KP115 Disconnecting - Community Experiment?

I would love to be able to force my KP-115’s to stay on one access point. or any device for that matter. I haven’t found a way you can do that with Unifi. AP.

I have a AP out in my Work shop. away from my house. but some IoT devices will bounce back and forth, from the AP in my house, to the AP, out in my Work Shop. really annoying.

Awesome this worked!!! I had to change to the old GUI to see this setting
Settings > Site and turn off the “Automatically Optimize Network and WIFI performance”

Around, 2am my KP115’s have stopped working. I would then go in and toggle that same setting. and the KP115’s would be detected again.

I think my issue here is. I have WIFI AI enabled on the new GUI. and it runs at that time. 2am. So, i’m going to disable that feature and see if they stay working tomorrow morning.

Thanks again for your help with this!!!

You’re most welcome.

I’m replying just to say thank you! Your comment resolved an issue i’ve been fighting with support over a week with.
I too have a UDMPro and Unifi network equipment and would get random plugs detected but not reporting, or they would report briefly if i commanded a power cycle of all POE equipment.
