Hey @sense1. There is not an official API at this time. There is an existing feature request in our Product Wishlist forums that you can add your vote to, located here.

There is an informal API here, with which many people have build successful integrations. Not full access to everything, and no guarantees from Sense about longevity, but useful for pulling current data from Sense.
If you want to send power data to Sense for a specific device using some special sensor or home automation system, this might be interesting to you.
