Power Quality - 1000+ Dips in 30 Days - Supplier Not Responding
Wow! I’m so glad I “stumbled across” the Labs feature! I have been attempting to engage National Grid for 3 months regarding the power dips I have been seeing in the app (while trying to figure out why my electric bill has been so high). They have committed to sending a design change to their engineers for a work order to correct the situation but have ghosted me for the past month. I’m curious if anyone has advice on getting them to move a little quicker towards resolution.
