I’ve seen a lot of inconsistency in Sense properly detecting my wife’s Model 3. When it first recognized it, it seemed fine, it was reporting around 5.7kW of consumption (240V@24A). Since then, it’s been inconsistent.
Right now, it’s detecting less than half of the consumption. Sense shows 2kW. Sometimes it doesn’t detect it at all. Nothing has changed with the setup, I keep it charging on the same charger with the same outlet.
Can the Sense team review my data to see if there’s anything that can be done to improve detection? I’ve attached a screenshot from the Sense app and Tesla app for reference. Times are EDT, taken 6/12/2019.
