It would be nice to have a portable monitor that plus into a 120 v outlet for troubleshooting a segment. For instance, I have several power line filters that help cleanup the wave form to prevent interference on x10 or insteon devices on the power line. A portable unit could plug in downstream to help identify the phantom devices.
