How was your device detected?

  • I got an Ecobee high temperature alert. Wasn’t home at the time.

What device has a potential issue?

  • Did you hear any noises or observe anything else abnormal before this?
  • Are you planning on replacing yourself or calling someone?

I got an Ecobee high temperature alert. Wasn’t home at the time.
I put in a temporary capacitor I had as the HVAC tech didn’t have one on the truck for the trouble call.
The tech came back out Monday and finished servicing the system.
