Alway On Category

Hello All

I have encountered an issue that I cannot resolve. My EV charger, which is the dedicated circuit on the Sense monitor, shows up under the “Always On” bubble, and I do not want it showing up there as it is not always on and it already shows up in a separate bubble. In effect it is being double accounted.
If I try to delete it out of the “Always On” devices, the error as shown on the attached screen shot always happens. This same error has also shown up with dedicated TPLink smart plugs that also get included and the way I get them out of the “Alway On” bubble is to disconnect the TP Link application then re-link it. The EV charger is a bit of a different situation as you cannot simply delete the link as you do with a third party app.

Any thoughts?
