My dishwasher is only partially detected and I suspect it’s just the motor that spins the blades. Here’s a screenshot of the stats. It does report pretty accurately for on and off.
For some reason sense does not detect heating devices in my home very well.

Keep in mind that a “heat” device isn’t necessarily always a furnace or part thereof- things like toasters, hair dryers etc can also show up as a heat device since they are resistive devices.
Yeah I understand that but the only reason I said that is because what it shows me in the below image. I still have it under my devices so if it turns on or off I can verify or try and verify what it is but it hasn’t shown as on yet.
