I am unable to submit a troubleshooting request within the sense app due to a captcha error. The thing is the app never asks for a captcha entry. To add insult to injury the attach button does not work, when I press on it nothing happens. I am running the app on a pixel 3 xl with the latest version of Android.
We’re investigating in issue with this. In the meantime, can you reach out to support by emailing email@example.com?
This should be fixed in the latest Android patch (23.3).
