Anyone else having issues?

How was it resolved? Was there anything that you did to troubleshoot the problem or did it just work itself out? I noticed that same problem with mine! I really would like to know the cause of the issues that I’m experiencing with my device. Every time I’ve tried using support it seems to be figuring out the vague response from them or answering the magnitude of questions they have.
thats the best youre gonna get i think, im a year in waiting on a web repair. theyre not exactly responsive on the customer service side.
Hi, I’m sorry you do not feel Sense Support is properly responsive. If you want an update, you can always reply to your ticket.

ive sent several enquiries and i always get the same answer, dont ask.
My issue has probably been outstanding over a year at this point, I’d understand if it were several months, id be lenient…but a year?
