So last night a motor showed up and looks like it has been on ever since,
However when I look at my Now usage it looks very different:

I guess I’m confused, I’ve been walking around the house making sure everything is off, but I can’t find this motor. Then the now doesn’t match so is that a real device?
The page it appears the screenshot is for is the specific single device only and the “Now” page is everything in your home.
Now should show differently and should be much more.
Yeah, you need to definitely contact support.
This is something I’ve never seen before.
If you haven’t already, I’d second contacting Support.
What does your bubble screen show? The motor isn’t being reflected there?
