We’re pushing out some updated Tesla 3 models, but please continue to write into Support if you’re still having detection issues.

We are experiencing issues with M3 detections. This is due to the Tesla Model 3 firmware update changing the charging pattern of the car. The data science team is aware of this issue and is looking into a resolution.

We are pushing out revised device models. These will be staggered over the next couple of weeks. These models should help solve recent M3 detections for many customers, but may not net detections for all M3s. We’re still continuing to refine these models.
