Having trouble changing name of Hue device

How does one change the generic name of the Hue Bulbs?

Sense shows a Generic Name Hue Color Lamp 2

Sense says it has to be changed in the Hues App.

However, it is impossible to change in Hues App

You can change the bulb names under Settings > Lights, not in the Home > Rooms section.
