Here’s a few months worth of analysis of AC detection at my house vs. commands coming out of my thermostats.

Sense vs. Ecobee: Round II

Back in early April I replaced my Sense monitor unit. Then, in July I replaced both my upstairs and downstairs AC systems, when the downstairs compressor died and the upstairs seemed to have given up the ghost. So I now get a chance to watch the evolution of Sense detection all over again, with a little more pre-knowledge of what to watch for.
