This is second time in a month that this has happened. I had the city come out previously and they said my house is getting full power. So now it’s time to call electrician.
Problem is I’m get a power drop on only one leg. And it’s very intermittent and not repeatable. It will flicker the lights for a few hours, maybe miss an hour flicker again for a bit then back to normal. Any ideas?

Sounds like maybe a loose lug in your panel…? Please let us know what the electrician finds.
