I have 10x Halogen lights that are used to light-up the backyard. They consume ~ 300w+ of electricity and are behind a KASA KP400 ( few outdoor smart switches). The devices are configured to start at sunset and stop a fixed time. Is there anything I can do it expedite the detection ?
Other than using a flex sensor, Nope. I have a street light and my front porch lights that are on a kasa switch that come on at dusk and off at dawn (if I leave it alone). Neither have been detected. With a sodium bulb you would think it would have a very distinct signature.
