Hi all,
I’m new to Sense, and since day one I’m seeing the following error when trying to login in IOS (have tried on different iphones/ipads with no luck):
"the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format"
Is anyone else facing the same issue? I have opened a ticked already, but no response yet.
Notes:
Using IOS 14.6
Android and Web access are working fine
Hi @manusalas09 - this looks familiar to a rarer bug we’ve identified on our end impacting a small amount of users. Have you already submitted a support ticket for this issue?
I touched base with the Support agent handling your ticket and you should be hearing back today or first thing tomorrow. We’re looking into this on our end.
