Login issue in IOS: the data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format

Hi all,

I’m new to Sense, and since day one I’m seeing the following error when trying to login in IOS (have tried on different iphones/ipads with no luck):

"the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format"

Is anyone else facing the same issue? I have opened a ticked already, but no response yet.

Notes:

  • Using IOS 14.6

  • Android and Web access are working fine

Hi @manusalas09 - this looks familiar to a rarer bug we’ve identified on our end impacting a small amount of users. Have you already submitted a support ticket for this issue?
