Can't connect with new IOS app

Anyone else having any issues connecting sense app? mine updated to newest version and now I can’t connect. Haven’t restarted the sense device yet (going to in a couple hours when i get home).

Logged out of app on my phone and tried to relogin and it wouldn’t let me log back in. Reset password (logged in here on the website with no issues with new password but it keeps saying

Login Failed – Cancelled

For version 1.11.0 of the app, mine connects without issue. Tested on iOS 10.3.2 (iPhone 6) and iOS 9.3.5 (iPad 3rd gen)

We had a bad lighting storm last night so I’m not sure if that’s the issue. but i still can’t login via the app. i’ve unplugged the sense unit for a while and will plug it back in after an hour to see if that makes any difference (for the unit not connecting).

I’m still logged in via my iPad, just can’t login via phone.

@mpacker99, sorry to hear that. I suggest reaching out to our support team (support@sense.com), let them know what’s going on and attach a screenshot. They’ll be able to help you get things running again!

It appears that my device isn’t working. nothing to do with the new iOS app.
