Power Quality - Consistently Low Voltage Pattern

How was your issue detected?:
I’m new to Sense, about 10 days in now. I already have some devices identified which is fun. Interesting pattern has already emerged with respect to power quality, though - voltage dips. Labs is reporting over 1000x dips and I’m curious if anyone has any thoughts. I don’t notice any typical symptoms like lights flickering or devices rebooting/resetting. The pattern seems to be that voltage peaks around the low end of normal range in the overnight hours but is nearly consistently under (sometimes way under) the normal range during daylight hours.

Did you noticed any other signs of this issue around your home?:
I don’t think I’d ever have thought or suspected a power quality issue without the Sense. Labs isn’t reporting any floating neutrals, either.

Very interested in thoughts or advice! Hoping to learn something.

Look at the current voltage when you took the screenshot.

Appears you are almost always under and that’s why your number is so high. Triggering literally every minute.

Your profile says Philadelphia. Are you in city proper? A surrounding town or out out away from the city/rural? Maybe even half way to AC?

Who’s your electric provider?

Yes, voltage really only seems to be in the “normal” range during the overnight hours. I would have thought I’d be experiencing dimming lights or devices rebooting but that’s not the case. I am located in Philadelphia proper - a single family home in the densely urban Center City area. PECO is my provider.

I’d call PECO
