Hi, Sense Community! I’m James Drew, your community mod who works on the customer support team. I don’t know if I’ve ever really introduced myself here; previously, I tended to slide into comments or PMs to answer questions and provide insight. So, after almost two years, I may as well say hi and re-introduce myself!
I have a strong background in handling T3 support issues and some of the more thorny issues that come our way, as well as supporting the lifecycle of how bugs are handled internally. This has helped me develop great communication and problem-solving skills.
As a moderator, I’m here to ensure that our community remains respectful, engaging, and aligned with our guidelines. I’ll actively participate in discussions, answer questions, resolve issues, and help maintain a safe environment for all of us.
