Sense not reading correctly

While watching my current wattage usage I noticed that when I turn on my dryer the usage goes down. I looked at the mains readings of the sense and noticed one of the mains reading negative all the time and then about -3500w negative while the dryer was running.

Are both of the watt readings supposed to be positive all the time?

Note: I have no solar and just a 200a main panel with 100a sub panel.

Did you happen to turn the ct clamps around after installation?

Yes, both mains should be positive unless energy is flowing out (for instance to sub panel). You should contact support.
