Voltage spikes / Low values

I typically don’t check Sense labs (because I’m typically on the app vs. desktop and for the longest time the labs on the app version does NOT work - i get error 404 page not found). Anyways I was on my desktop version and saw some spikes in voltage. Normally I wouldn’t be too worried. But if you look at the screen shots

2/16 8:00 both lines went down to about 45v
2/17 7:28 both lines went down to about 88

This seems really LOW. Should I be concerned?

Dips / Droops like that can’t be good, but only 4 in a month (really only two events), not so worrisome in my mind, since the instantaneous measurement is only for a second.

And then there is also this caveat at the bottom of the Power Quality chart.

*Note: Sense may incorrectly classify other issues as a voltage dip or spike, such as a network connectivity issue or loose CT connection.

So sounds like I should keep an eye out on this.

CANT use the app (error 404 page not found) so will have to rely on remembering to launch from my desktop

The export data is kinda useless too as you get 4 lines in an excel sheet

@deputypaulatl , what device are you using the app on - No 404s for me on iOS app (Apple iPhones or iPads).

As for the CSV - that’s much more useful for diagnostics for users who experience dozens or even hundreds of spikes in a month.

@kevin1 IOS device (latest version). I just tried both; iPad does not work (which is what i use most of the time). Iphone seems to work - no 404
