Introducing: Sense Labs
Sense Labs is a new opt-in feature that allows you access to our latest experimental features and offer feedback directly to the engineers who developed them. Our first experiment focuses on detecting motor stalls in your home, and we have plans to introduce new experiments in the coming months.
Labs is disabled by default, and you can turn it on in Settings > General > Sense Labs.
Net Solar Production
This release also adds a highly-requested stat to the Solar screen: Net Production . Net production measures your total solar production vs. consumption over a given time period. It’s shown as a kWh and a percentage, helping solar owners understand and make the most of their solar investment.
Net Production (kWh): production - usage
Net Production (%): production / usage x 100
