When Sense App Indicates It's "Thinking" About Displaying Something

I am pretty sure I know the answer, but thought I would pose the question here anyway…

When my Sense App (whether iOS or browser-based) stalls and displays the blinking dots that indicate that it is waiting to display something…that’s a server issue, right? That has nothing to do with my local environment… It’s not my sense device in my panel…it’s not my network (after confirming the same behavior using WiFi, Ethernet or Cellular connections)…

It’s a “phoning home” to the Sense server farm issue… Right?

That’s correct. There’s an active incident ongoing: https://status.sense.com.

Overall, the service is really stable. This is the first major outage I’ve seen since I installed my Sense in December 2020
