All 3 of my HS110 were shown by Sense as being powered off overnight

I did submit the support ticket but it has been closed by support as Solved, but there is no resolution. I had to disable the plugs in the Sense app, even though they are still physically plugged inline for the devices since it was causing so many issues with Always On double-recording and Other being almost missing completely. Did the case get closed out because I disabled the plugs in the Sense App?

It was likely closed simply because there isn’t a resolution beyond telling you that it’s a known, global bug. We’re working on solving it and I will update everyone here when it is solved.

Have you submitted a ticket about this? I’m trying to collect instances of this to provide to engineering and want to make sure yours is in there too.
