Your Unknown has been ON for 1 day 5 minutes
MachoDrone has no devices named Unknown… Couldn’t find same statement in Sense App’s Today screen.
There are some mystery devices not sorted-out yet, but can’t determine last run time… only Avg run time is displayed.

Update:
Sense app has a custom alert for HVAC Fan (Device ID qr8jJ93R). This was created long ago before another device named Furnace Fan was discovered and it was merged with HVAC Fan.
MachoDrone recently un-merged the fan devices due to false ON messages. It was once accurate for HVAC Fan. The IFTTT HVAC Fan entry still exists, but did not trigger. Did unmerging HVAC Fan break the name in Sense App alerts and ITFF background?
