[Bug]: Factory & Data Reset Issues - 10/27

We’re investigating a bug preventing users from performing initial account set up after a factory or data reset.

Please refrain from data or factory resets for your monitor at this time.
We’re working on isolating the issue and will update this thread once we’ve deployed a fix.

Update: At this time, users will not be able to factory or data reset a Sense monitor. Once a fix is deployed, we will close the loop in this thread.
