Creating an account is the exciting (and crucial!) start to your Sense journey. You can only use the Sense app with a Sense monitor, and vice versa.
If you are having issues creating an account:
- Check that you’re connected to your Wi-Fi network and that your monitor is receiving a strong signal. For more information on connecting to your Wi-Fi network, take a look at this article.
- If you already have another Sense monitor, ensure that you are using a different email address than you did for your other monitor. We don’t currently allow multiple monitors on the same account, but we plan to in the future!
Note: You can only create a Sense account from the mobile app.
