Devices that appear on for too long or turn off too soon may be the result of missed or incorrectly recognized on/off events. As we improve our device detection algorithms, this should happen less and less. We have also recently added the ability to let us know when a ‘device is not on’ but it appears in your app as on. This can be accessed from the ‘Report a Problem’ menu at the bottom of a device’s page and can help our data science team refine that device’s detection algorithm.
