In the past the Android application had an option to report a problem called ‘device is not turned ON’. However, it seems that the option is now removed and I see my washing machine running for >24 hours

Hi @sritodi - we discuss the removal of the “Device is Not On” option here, along with what we recommend doing when faced with a device detection issue.
