Forum no longer allowing attachments via IOS?

Both Safari and Discourse are no longer showing the upload button on IOS, which makes attaching a photo hard to do unless you go and edit a post on desktop after.

Is this also affecting Android users?

Ugh… PEBKAC. The icon moved from the toolbar to the lower right.
