Simple answer is Total Bill/kWh provided, that is $80.46/545 = 14.76 cents/kWh for those 29 days
A longer answer might involve considering “supply” & “delivery” & “taxes” separately but the fact is you are paying per kWh with all those concomitant costs so I would typically just calculate as above

In Quebec we have a price before 40kw and another price after 40kw. There is a way to add this option in app sense

“Like” the following wishlist item and add any future comments on your Tiered Billing specifics to that.
You can also export data from the Sense web app and calculate using a billing cycle spreadsheet.
