My firmware is really old because it’s been unplugged for over a year. How can I get it to update? It’s been about a week since it’s been Plugged up and connected. I figured it would update by now
I also got a message that it detected and issue and someone from sense would contact me, bit I haven’t heard from anyone.
You might want to send an email to support@sense.com. That might help prioritize.

Thats the version of the app on your phone (and is current) not the version of the sense device, you need to go to (in the app) My Home > Sense Monitor, and there is where you see the version of the device, mine currently says 1.33.3166
