Although I’ve found installation instructions for recessed panels in a blog and this community, The printed instructions that come in the box don’t give any help for recessed panels, e.g. the instructions do not point out that the antenna can be located behind sheetrock. Consequently, the electrician that used cut out a section of sheetrock so that he could expose part of the antenna. Seems like a relatively simple change/addition to the printed instructions would really help.
Thanks for the feedback. We’ll brainstorm some ways in which we can better expand the documentation to avoid issues like this. We have to maintain a balance of between crucial instruction documentation and not giving our customers a bound book with their Sense monitor.
