Received another pretty much useless Energy Spotlight for January. I’m starting to wonder if it’s because I have the Wiser version of the monitor and app.

That’s a good question for the support folks. What does your monthly summary in the app show ? My Jan Snapshot arrived and looked good (except for the costs - we’ve been using floor heating than usual, just to try to not use as much gas).

Sorry you’re experiencing this issue.
Based on your usage cost and monthly report, it looks like your electricity info may be set in fractions of a cent rather than price per kWh in whole cents.
- Open the Sense app.
- Go to Settings > Electricity Info > Your Rate.
- Ensure the value is a whole number (e.g., 15 for 15¢ per kWh) and not a decimal (e.g., 0.15).
A common mistake is entering the price per kWh in dollars when the app is asking for the price in cents.
