Sense team and fellow users,
My ductless AC unit went missing as a recognized device on the power meter.
The usage was included in the ‘always on’ and power meter but it didn’t see it as the ‘office AC’
I started and stopped the AC unit and the App, and no change for a few hours.
They next day it seemed to be working as normal.
What’s that about?
I assume there’s nothing I can.
Is this a back end thing?
The other day Sense found a Motor 1, but it winds up that was my main AC. It must’ve been a hiccup because Sense recorded no usage for Motor 1 and my Office AC has been detected no problem before and since that hiccup.
Hey @joesantanapersonal - a few questions for you here. I have a few guesses on what this could be, but ultimately support will be the most helpful for you here.
How long have you had your AC detected?
Are there any other devices that could be getting conflated with your AC?
Support is probably the best channel for a detailed answer (they have the ability to actually see what’s going on with your monitor).
