It has been a week and my sense has picked up a few things. Nailed my pump, my cooktop and oven. However, now that I am using my Bosch dryer, it is saying my cooktop is on Hmmmmm not a biggie just thought I’d share. If I turn on a cooktop burner , the “other” bubble gets bigger, then the burner bubble from the dryer disappears and then the bubble re-appears as the cook top burner cycles on and off. Like I said, no biggie. Just odd behavior
Hi @Mars - glad to hear Sense found a few big-ticket items early on.
It sounds like the heating elements in your dryer look similar to the heating elements on your stove.
The next time this issue presents itself, I would recommend:
- Clicking on the device
- Navigate to Device Settings via the gear icon in the top right
- Click on “Manage”
- Click “Report a Problem > Device Not On”
This logs the issue for us to improve Device detection for all users moving forward.
