Support “adjusted” my settings yesterday morning after I replaced my solar c/t sensors. Completely worthless now as my mains are negative and every thing except solar is FUBAR. Three subsequent emails to support unanswered. Second day corrupting data.
You ok with me checking on the status of your tickets? Support is pretty understaffed at the moment due to holiday PTO, so times are a bit longer.
Support got back to me after a little bit and corrected the negative he created for troubleshooting. Wish I would have known that in advance (I would have nixed that plan) because my primary use of Sense is to ensure my consumption does not rise to high during peak hours.
