Hi Ben, This is an often reported issue by users. Over months now, I believe. Sense then typically replies that this is a bug that’s being worked on. Could you elaborate if progress on resolving this issues is being hindered by (1) diagnosing trouble (how can we users help?), (2) by limited Sense programmer staffing (could you go open source on WiFi chip interface?), or (3) is this a hardware issue after all and are you considering sending out replacements?
