Odd New (Clockwork type) device found

Sense recently informed me it detected a new device that it suspected may be a light.
The device turns on once per hour usually about 35 minutes after the hour (1:35, 2:35, 3:35 …)
it consumes about 34 watts and is on for about 8 seconds each time. So once an hour something is turning on like clockwork for 8 seconds and I have no idea what it could be.

I have tried listening all over the house at the bottom of the hour to see if I can hear anything turn on but so far, nothing.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

That could be it! I just recently purchases a Dyson V10.
